I’m in beautiful California right now. By “beautiful” of course I mean “foggy and rainy”. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, my Silvercar and I went down into Big Sur this morning to grab some landscape pictures! Of course by “landscape” I mean “fog” so many of my pictures will probably end up as black and white, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing! This week’s picture is from one of the old WPA bridges in Big Sur!

For the photographers: I shot this with my a7rII and the Sony 16-35mm lens at 16mm.  I took it through my normal workflow and then pushed it into Silver Efex Pro 2 from there, using the Wet Rocks preset.  From there I brought it back into Lightroom where I brought down the highlights in the clouds and did a slight bit of dodging and burning.
